Refunds & Exchanges
You can return your purchase for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date (but who's counting!) for a refund or exchange.
We'll refund the cold hard cash via your original payment method within 3-5 business days of the item being received (probably even sooner). Just make sure your item is in its original condition with no signs of wear & tear.
It's no stress to exchange something! Just send the item you want to swap back to us (you would just need to cover cost for shipping) and we'll arrange the new item out to you (we'll cover the cost of shipping for that).
If there's a price difference between the item purchased and the one you wish to exchange it for, we can refund the difference via your original payment method OR store credit.
We'll provide a full refund on all 'change of mind' returns however please note that any shipping fees you've paid aren’t refundable i.e shipping costs incurred on the original order (if it wasn't free shipping), as well as the shipping cost to return it for a refund.
For our sunglasses and apparel range we know it's a little more difficult to find the right fit, so we will provide a free return shipping label via our portal for these items. Just click get started and if you happen to run into any issues please email email@example.com. We will be able to send you a label if our portal can't! -
