Wholesale - Freight, Shipping & Returns
Within Australia, we use Fastway Couriers or Auspost Eparcel and shipping is provided free of charge for orders over AU$200.
Outside of Australia, we use Express Courier International (ECI) or DHL. Please contact us (or your agent/distributor) regarding charges and timeframes. We endeavour to process all wholesale orders within 1-3 business days. Dispatch and delivery timeframes may vary during busy periods. To avoid delays, please ensure you provide correct delivery details at checkout.

When you login to this wholesale portal, your specific trading terms are automatically loaded including trading currency. All prices are listed ex GST.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. To pay by bank transfer, choose payment on account at checkout and follow the instructions on your invoice. To pay by credit card, choose credit card payment at checkout or click on the STRIPE link on your invoice. To pay by PayPal, choose PayPal payment at checkout or click on the PayPal link on your invoice.
2.5% discount applies to prepayments made on this website via credit card and PayPal, enter coupon code PREPAY in cart. Please note that payments made on account are not eligible for the 2.5% discount.

Status Anxiety products are made of quality material and constructed to last for a long, long time. In the unlikely event that there is a defect in material or workmanship within 12 months of purchase we will repair, replace or credit upon assessment.
The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.
If you have an issue with a faulty product, please send a picture of the item and a copy of the customer proof of purchase to email@example.com and we will advise the next steps. As we reserve the right to repair, replace or credit at our discretion, please do not issue a refund or replacement to the customer until a decision has been confirmed by Status Anxiety.
